What is the minimum order value?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards* (excluding American Express), cheques, and bank transfer (BACS). *Please note that there is a 2.43% charge for business credit card payments.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes, please email email@example.com, or contact your account manager directly. Usually, we require your first 3 orders to be on a proforma basis.
Can I add to/change an order that I've placed?
To ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. As a result, this means that orders can only be changed if you notify us within 1 hour of placing the order.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Wherever possible orders are despatched the day they are received. For parcel freight we use a next day carrier service - please note next day delivery depends on the time the order is placed and delivery location. Orders despatched by pallet take 2-3 working days for England, Wales and Scotland and 3-4 working days for Ireland. A next day pallet service is available but may incur an additional charge.
Can I specify a delivery day?
Yes, you can specify the date for your delivery to be booked in. We aim to deliver next day if your order is placed by 12pm. Please note next day delivery depends on the time the order is placed, delivery location and size of order.
What time of day can I expect my delivery?
Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we do ship outside the UK. Please note that for international deliveries, the minimum order value is £1000 and carriage will be charged at cost.
Can I receive a visit from a sales rep to get some advice?

Can I use your images and descriptions on my own website?
Yes, you may, but please note that these images are provided solely for use by Martello UK customers for the purpose of reselling Martello UK products. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
