Delivery and Returns

Delivery:  Order by 12pm for same day despatch.  Delivery will be made next day or later subject to your requirements.

England, Wales, Scotland & Isle of Wight - £200
Northern Ireland, Southern Island, Isle of Man & Channel Islands - £1000 (with free delivery)
Europe Export - £1000
Global Export - £4000

Order Thresholds for FREE Delivery:

England & Wales - £300
Scotland Lower - DD, PA, FK, KY, G, PA, KA, ML, EH, TD, DG Postcodes - £500
Scotland Higher - AB, IV, PH, KW Postcodes - £800
Isle of Wight - £800
Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands - £1000

Orders below carriage paid values will incur a £20 charge for carriage/administration.
For Europe and Global orders, carriage and export charges are in addition.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

Returns

All damages/incorrect products delivered must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.  We cannot guarantee a refund/replacement/collection after this length of time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your account, within a certain amount of days.

We cannot refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that was incorrectly ordered by the customer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@martellouk.com or 01728 605090 and we will arrange an exchange.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Order by 12pm for same day despatch.  Next day delivery available for UK orders placed by 12pm.  We pick, pack, and deliver our customers orders Monday - Friday.

Carriers

The carrier we use for delivering your order depends on your location and your order size.  We use reliable and efficient carriers to deliver our customer's orders. If you have any specific delivery requirements, just let us know.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
